We ship via UPS Ground anywhere within the continental US. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Most parcels will be shipped within 1-3 business days, and usually arrive within 5 business days from the ship date. Some items require additional shipping time and will be identified in their product description. Please contact us to arrange express shipping. We do not ship internationally at the moment.
In an effort to reduce waste, we do not purchase plastic or Styrofoam shipping materials. We do, however, re-use these materials when they are sent to us, along with paper products and cardboard boxes.
Items may be returned for Acorn credit only (minus original shipping and handling fees or any discounts) within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in their original condition and packaging. If an item is defective please email us and we will gladly replace it for you, or issue a refund if the item is not replaceable.
To make a return or exchange please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and specify the reason. The item should then be shipped to Acorn via UPS in its original condition and packaging accompanied by the original receipt (or a copy.) If the item is used it will be returned to the sender. Returns should be packed securely and sent to:

If the product is defective, we will arrange for a UPS call tag to have the merchandise picked up from you. If you are returning it for some other reason, you will need to pay the cost of shipping it back to us.
Acorn offers online registries for any occasion. Please email or call us and we will be happy to set one up for you.
Acorn collects sales tax on all NY orders. Please comply with your state's current laws on online purchases.

Payment to acorntoyshop.com is secure and processed by Cynergy Data. Your privacy is important to us, and we promise that we will never sell, rent, or otherwise distribute any information you should pass on to us. We only add new customers to our mailing list if you elect to join. If at any time you decide that you do not wish to receive our occasional mailings, simply write to us at email@example.com with "unsubscribe" in the subject line.
Are your toys safe?
All of our toys are made using non-toxic materials and many of them are 100% natural. The toys we carry at Acorn go through rigorous safety inspections and meet both US and European standards of child safety.
The item I want is out of stock. When will it be available? Can I order it?
Wait times for out of stock items vary. When possible we list when we expect the item to be back in stock. We do place special orders for certain items, please contact us for more information.
Can I ship my items to different addresses?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate more than one shipping address per order at this time. To ship to multiple addresses each order must be placed separately.
Is everything you carry in your store also online?
At the moment we only carry a selection of items online. If you don’t see what you’re looking for online you can call or email us and we will be more than happy to help you with your order.
